What you can do yourself and how to request deletion of your account and data.
Requesting deletion of your account and data
You cannot delete your account yourself in the game yet. If you want your account and the related data to be deleted, send a request to privacy@gunmafia.eu.
Include your username and preferably send your request from the email address of your account, so we can check that the request comes from you. Never include your password.
If you are logged in, you can also submit your request through the helpdesk in the game.
What happens next
Every request is handled by an administrator. We will let you know what has happened to your account and data.
We may need to keep some data for longer, for example to fight cheating, abuse and fraud. No fixed retention periods have been set yet for account data and game and security logs.

Unlinking Google or Facebook
If you log in with Google or Facebook, we only store the following with your account: which service it is, the account ID that service gives us, the email address the service passes on (if it does) and whether that address is verified, and when you created the link and last used it. We do not store any Google or Facebook password or access token.
You unlink it yourself: log in, open Profile management → Linked accounts and choose Unlink next to the service. The link and the details above are then removed from your account.
If that link is your only way to log in, first set a password of your own (Set a password on the same page). That way you do not lose access to your account.
You can also revoke the access of GunMafia in the settings of your Google or Facebook account. That does not delete anything at GunMafia; use the steps on this page for that.
